Katherine ("Kate") Lehman is a Managing Partner and Founder of Hilltop Private Capital, a private equity firm with a focus on investing in and growing lower middle market industrial and business services companies. Kate also serves as an Independent Board Member of Navient (Nasdaq:NAVI), a Fortune 500 company that provides asset management and business processing services to education, health care and government clients at the federal, state, and local levels and of Stella-Jones (TSX: SJ), a leading North American manufacturer of pressure treated wood products.

Prior to Hilltop, Kate spent 15 years at Lincolnshire Management where she was a Managing Director and led one of Lincolnshire's transaction execution and portfolio company monitoring teams. Prior to Lincolnshire, her experience included private equity and investment banking. Kate is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton, B.S.) and of Columbia Business School (M.B.A.) and a certified NACD Board Leadership Fellow. She is a Board Member of The Robert Toigo Foundation.
