Russell Gehrett is a Managing Partner at FalconPoint Partners. Prior to FalconPoint, Russ was a Partner at Wynnchurch Capital and Pamplona Capital Management, where he led investments in the business services, industrial and consumer sectors. Prior to Pamplona, Russ was an Investor at Wellspring Capital Management. He began his career in the leveraged finance and industrials groups at Jefferies & Company.

Russ has served on the Board of Directors of more than fifteen public and private companies including Latham (Nasdaq: SWIM), Privia (Nasdaq: PRVA), Premier Franchise Management, Bass Pro Shops, and Alvogen.

Russ holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
